4 months

Mya turned 4 months while we were on our trip, and had her 4-month checkup today.
Height: 25 inches (75th percentile...thanks Daddy!)
Weight: 14lbs, 6oz (70th percentile)

She also got another round of immunizations, and is a little testy this afternoon. She took the shots like a champ, though!

Mya talks all the time now. Of course it just sounds like "whaaaa, aaaaa, ah-gooo, and yaaaaah" to us, but she is clearly trying to communicate. She's most talkative when we're changing her diaper and right when she starts to get sleepy. She also talks to her bee toy quite a bit.

Other new things:
-Since she's become more and more active, she's lost alot of her hair. We find it on her crib sheet and on her activity mat, especially after alot of rolling around. It's quite sad...can't wait until it grows back.
-Mya can now sit up while holding on to our fingers, but falls back if we let go.
-Tummy time lasts longer and longer, and she will even reach out to grab something if she's propped up on something. She still hasn't mastered rolling from belly-to-back, but we think she's actually close to rolling over back-to-belly.
-We've hit the early stage of teething. Mya is a drool factory and constantly chews on her hand and fingers, and gets slightly fussier when she's tired now.
-Mya has fallen in love with my hair. "Ouch!" is all I have to say about that...
