Mya's vocabulary seems to grow every day. Sometimes it takes us a while to catch on to what she's saying, but she is clearly attaching names to the world around her. In addition to several animal sounds, her base vocabulary as of today includes the following:
"Uh-oh" - Uh-oh (whenever she drops anything)
"Da-Da" - Daddy
"Bub" - Bubby
"Chee-uh" - Cheerio
"Ka-kuh" - Cracker
"Duck" - Duck
"Kuck" - Chuck the Duck (her stuffed duck)
"Pi-Duh" - Pink Dog (her stuffed pink dog)
"Beh-buh" - Belly button (while pointing to it)
"Ba-tah" - Bath time
"Buh-buh" - Bubbles
"Buh-buh-buh" - Bye-bye bubbles (when we drain the bathtub)
"Kock" - Clock, also socks, depending what she's pointing at
"Choo" - Shoes
"Kuh" - Coat (which she drags across the floor for us to put on her)
"Guh-guh" - Good Girl, which she knows she is!!!
