We finally made it up the coast this weekend, two weeks after the rains put the trip on hold. Had a great time. Mar Vista Cottages were perfect...we made scrambled eggs for breakfast with the hen's eggs, and picked lettuce and broccoli from the garden for Saturday dinner. Lots of walking around the beautiful coastline, and lots of sleeping too! Major got a little stir-crazy inside the cottage, but I think our hikes made up for it! He had such fun!
