Dr. Massa ordered an early ultrasound to help determine our due date. Pat, the Ultrasound Tech was great...she walked us through every step and got excited right along with us. She pointed to a little blinking spot on the screen and told us it's the heartbeat! What a relief! (Dr. Massa says that miscarriage rates dramatically fall once you see a heartbeat.)
Next ultrasound will be in about 5 weeks...a genetic testing diagnostic ultrasound.
